VTC-50H

VTC-50H is a mini spin coater with a vacuum chuck that is designed for quality coating inside the glovebox at a low cost. It can be easily set up and use at a speed of 500 – 8000 r/min. A heating cover and temperature controller are included for fast heating up to 80°C.   The mini spin coater is Ar gas compatible can be put in a glovebox through antechamber
